To maintain the integrity of our reward scheme and prevent abuse, we kindly ask all participants to adhere to the following guidelines: 

One Account per Individual: Each participant is allowed one account in our referral program. Creating multiple accounts with different emails is not permitted and will result in referrals not being eligible for rewards.

Genuine Referral Intent: In cases where multiple residents share the same address (such as student accommodations or rental properties), we require verification of the billing address. We kindly request that you avoid trying to hide the billing address by using third-party payment services like PayPal. Doing so may result in the discount not being provided.

Fair Usage: While we encourage our customers to take advantage of our referral program, we reserve the right to investigate and not honour the discount against any activity that violates the spirit or terms of this policy.
