What types of events do you cater for?
Haadi’s provides catering for private and corporate events including birthdays, anniversaries, home gatherings, corporate events, community events and more. Whether it’s an intimate setting or a large celebration, we deliver a seamless catering experience tailored to your needs.
Can I customise the menu for my event?
Absolutely. We encourage customised menus and are happy to create a selection that reflects your tastes, event style and guest preferences.
What is your pricing structure?
Our pricing depends on the number of guests, menu selection, level of service and location.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking and begin preparations. The remaining balance is typically due three weeks before the event.
How do I get started with a booking?
Getting started is simple. You can contact Haadi’s via our website form or WhatsApp. We’ll discuss your requirements, answer any questions and guide you through the booking process.
Are you halal?
Yes, all food prepared by Haadi’s is fully halal.
How long does it take to set up a buffet?
Our team usually requires around 1 to 2 hours to set up, depending on the size and complexity of the event. We ensure everything is well presented and ready for service.
How do you keep the food hot during service?
We use professional chafing dishes, heat fuel and insulated equipment to maintain the correct temperature throughout service, ensuring food quality, safety and flavour.
Do you provide tables and tablecloths?
Table setup and tablecloths can be provided at an additional cost if suitable tables are not available at the venue.
Do you provide plates, cutlery and napkins?
These are not included as standard. Disposable options can be arranged upon request at an additional charge.
Do you charge a setup fee?
We offer both delivery-only and full setup options. When opting for a full setup, we provide table styling, décor and food warmers. A setup fee may apply depending on the event size. Please enquire for details.
What is your payment policy?
At Haadi’s, all food is freshly prepared and planned in advance. To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining 50% due three weeks before the event.
For corporate clients with internal payment policies, please contact us to discuss flexible options.
