Soft, juicy, flavour-packed chicken kebab patties, handmade using fresh chicken thighs mince, herbs, and traditional spices. Shaped into round patties for even cooking, these kebabs are perfect for wraps, burgers, meal-prep, school lunches, rice bowls, and quick dinners.

Frozen fresh and ready to cook whenever you need them.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preparation:

    • Remove the desired number of kebabs from the packaging and reseal the packaging securely.
    • For best results, thaw the kebabs in the refrigerator overnight. If cooking from frozen, adjust cooking times accordingly.
  2. Cooking Methods:

    Deep-Frying:

    • Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pot to 350°F (175°C).
    • Carefully place the thawed kebabs into the hot oil, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.
    • Fry for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
    • If cooking from frozen, increase frying time to 5-6 minutes.
    • Remove the kebabs using a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels before serving.

    Pan-Frying:

    • Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of oil.
    • Place the thawed kebabs in the skillet, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
    • Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side (if thawed) or 6-7 minutes on each side (if frozen), until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

    Oven-Baking:

    • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Place the kebabs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    • Bake for 15-20 minutes (if thawed) or 25-30 minutes (if frozen), turning halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

    Grilling:

    • Preheat the grill to medium heat.
    • Place the kebabs on the grill grates.
    • Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side (if thawed) or 6-7 minutes on each side (if frozen), until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
