Chicken And Cheese Bread Rolls

 

Chicken and Cheese bread rolls are easy and delicious snack. Creamy on the inside and crispy on the outside these bread rolls will certainly be a huge hit with the kids as well. 

You can always adjust the spices according to your preference. These are quick to make and can be frozen to bake or fry later.

Calories per roll (Deep Fried) - 260 Kcal

Ingredients: 

1 cup - Boiled or baked chicken fillet (Shredded)

1 cup - Mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup - Chopped Mixed Peppers

1 tsp Paprika

2 tsp Salt 

1 tsp Chilli Powder

1 tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Black pepper

2-3 Medium eggs

2-3 tablespoons Mayonnaise 

2 cup bread crumbs

Oil for frying

Method:

1- Add shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, chopped mixed peppers in a bowl.

2- Add all the spices, adjust the seasoning according to your taste. 

3- Add mayonnaise and mix all the ingredients really well

4- Trim the bread edges and roll the slices thin with a rolling pin

5- Put the chicken and cheese filling on the one edge of the slice and roll up a bread slice.

6- Seal the edges with water

7- Beat the eggs, season the mixture with salt and pepper according to your preference

8- Dip the bread roll in the beaten eggs and then roll them in bread crumbs

9- Hat the oil over medium flame

10- Deep fry bread rolls till crisp and golden, flip and fry evenly on both sides.

11- Remove them on paper towel/tissue paper to drain the excess oil

12- Serve with coriander mint chutney (dip)
